Article text
المادة 2 - أ- يعني الاتحاد بالشؤون التجارية والاقتصادية العامة وتوحيد جهود الغرف المنظمة
اليه في هذا السبيل.
ب- يشترك الاتحاد في المؤتمرات والمعارض المحلية والعربية والدولية ذات الطابع التجاري او
الاقتصادي العام.
ج- يقوم الاتحاد بالتعاون مع الجهات المختصة بجمع وتنسيق المعلومات والاحصاءات ذات
الطابع التجاري او الاقتصادي وتعميمها
على الاوساط المختصة داخل المملكة الاردنية الهاشمية وخارجها.
د- يعمل الاتحاد ضمن حدود امكانياته وبالتعاون مع الجهات الرسمية المختصة على تنمية
التجارة والاقتصاد الاردني ودراسة
المشاكل والقضايا المتعلقة بها وتقديم الاقتراحات المتعلقة بالقوانين والانظمة ذات الطابع
التجاري او الاقتصادي
هـ- يعتبر الاتحاد الممثل الرسمي للغرف التجارية المشتركة فيه في الشؤون التجارية العامة
و- يجوز للاتحاد ان يقوم بالتحكيم في اي نزاع يقع بين الغرف او بين التجار اذا طلبوا اليه ذلك.
ويشترط ان لا يكون
التجار المتنازعون في دائرة اختصاص غرفة واحدة.
