Discuss your matter with Hjouj Law Firm & Arbitration
If you need advice, help with an existing case or a contract review, contact the firm to explain your needs and discuss an appropriate service. A general description is sufficient initially; you do not need to send your entire file.
The firm serves individuals and companies across several practice areas. If you are unsure how to classify your matter, briefly explain what you face and where you need assistance.

Telephone and WhatsApp
Call +962 79 918 5024 to ask about a service or arrange an appointment. If you prefer writing, use WhatsApp and provide your name, matter type and preferred contact method.
Mention any approaching hearing, notice or procedural deadline clearly in your first message. Sending a message does not confirm an appointment or acceptance of the file; these require communication and agreement with the firm.
Visiting the office
Hjouj Law Firm & Arbitration is located at Umm Al-Summaq, Building No. 7 — Amman, Jordan. Please contact us before visiting to arrange an appointment and confirm directions.
When arranging a visit, ask which documents to bring. A brief account of events and questions you wish to discuss helps make good use of the consultation.
Requesting an appointment
Provide your name, contact number, matter type and whether it is new or related to an existing case. You can suggest a suitable time, subject to confirmation after contacting the firm.
You do not need legal terminology or to identify the procedure yourself. Describe the issue in your own words and whether you want document review, to understand your legal position or to discuss dispute representation.
Companies and business owners
For a company or commercial request, provide the business name, the contacting person's role and the service needed, such as contract review, partner arrangements or a claim or dispute.
Explain the stage and relevant dates, such as a signing date, meeting or ongoing procedure. Documents, scope and fees are discussed according to the request.

Organisations and institutions requesting training
Send an institution and project overview, audience, topics, expected participant numbers and proposed date and location. If terms of reference exist, a method for sending them for review can be agreed.
If topics are not defined, explain your objectives and the situations or questions participants face. This helps discuss a suitable programme and prepare a technical and financial proposal covering scope and arrangements.
Documents and information privacy
Keep contracts, correspondence, judgments and relevant documents and present them using a method agreed with the firm. At first contact, avoid identity numbers, financial data and sensitive details unnecessary to describe the request.
If asking about another person or an institution, explain your role and connection. Case details are discussed through arrangements respecting the people concerned and professional confidentiality.
