المادة 23 - يقوم المجلس التنفيذي بالاعمال التالية:-
أ- تنفيذ مقررات مؤتمر ومجلس الاتحاد وتوصياته
ب- الاشراف على اعمال مكتب الاتحاد
ج- تحضير الموازنة السنوية لعرضها على المؤتمر بعد اقرارها من مجلس الاتحاد
د- تحضير الموازنة التقديرية وعرضها على مجلس الاتحاد لاقرارها قبل اليوم الاول من شهر كانون
الثاني من كل عام.
هـ- العمل على تحقيق غايات الاتحاد بمختلف الوسائل المنصوص عنها في هذا النظام.
و- دراسة وتنسيق الاقتراحات المقدمة من مختلف الغرف الاعضاء ومن مجلس الاتحاد واعداد
جدول الاعمال لكل من المؤتمر
ومجلس الاتحاد على ضوء ذلك.
