Article text
أ- تحدد أسس منح الإقامة للمستثمرين وأفراد أسرهم والعاملين في إدارة المشاريع المقامة فيها
بمقتضى نظام يصدر لهذه الغاية.
ب- تطبق في المنطقة التنموية والمنطقة الحرة أسس وشروط وإجراءات خاصة بالعمل
والعمال يتم تحديدها بموجب النظام المشار إليه في الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة على أن يراعي
النظام نسبة تشغيل الأردنيين وتنمية المحافظات.
