ثانياً : الحوافز الاضافية
أ- يشكل مجلس الوزراء من بين اعضائه لجنة تسمى (لجنة الحوافز والإعفاءات ) على أن تضم
في عضويتها الوزير ووزير التخطيط والتعاون الدولي ووزير الصناعة والتجارة والتموين ووزير
المالية على ان يتضمن قرار التشكيل تسمية رئيسها وباقي الأعضاء.
ب- يحظر على رئيس لجنة الحوافز والاعفاءات او أي عضو من أعضائها أن يشترك في اتخاذ أي قرار
يتعلق بنشاط اقتصادي أو صندوق استثمار أو صندوق استثمار مشترك تتحقق له او لأزواجه او
فروعه او لأقاربه حتى الدرجة الثانية فيها منفعة مباشرة او غير مباشرة وعلى كل منهم الافصاح
عن اي منافع قد تتحقق
لأي منهم تحت طائلة المسؤولية القانونية.
