Article text
أ- على الرغم مما ورد في أي تشريع آخر، لمجلس الوزراء بناء على تنسيب لجنة الحوافز
والإعفاءات منح موافقة واحدة لإقامة مشروع لمستثمر إذا كان هذا المشروع يشكل نشاطا
اقتصاديا استراتيجيا يسهم في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة.
ب- تعتبر الموافقة الصادرة بمقتضى الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة بديلا عن أي ترخيص أو تصريح أو
إذن يتطلبه أي تشريع.
ج- لا يجوز التنازل عن الموافقة الممنوحة بمقتضى الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة لإقامة المشروع او
نقل ملكيته او تأجيره للغير الا بموافقة مجلس الوزراء بناء على تنسيب لجنة الحوافز والإعفاءات.
د- تنظم شروط وإجراءات الحصول على الموافقة الواحدة بمقتضى نظام.
