Article text
مع مراعاة أي مزايا أو إعفاءات أو حوافز يمنحها هذا الفصل للنشاط الاقتصادي، تبقى الأنشطة
الاقتصادية التي تتمتع بمزايا أو إعفاءات جمركية أو ضريبية أو حوافز مالية بمقتضى قانون
( الاستثمار رقم 30 ) لسنة 2014 وأي أنظمة أو تعليمات أو قرارات صادرة بمقتضاه مستفيدة من تلك
الإعفاءات والمزايا حتى نهاية مدة الإعفاء الممنوح لها بموجب تلك التشريعات وبالشروط
الواردة فيها أو لسبع سنوات من تاريخ نفاذ أحكام هذا القانون للإعفاءات التي لم تحدد بمدة.
