أ- على الرغم مما ورد في أي تشريع آخر، في حال إخلال المطور الرئيسي أو المؤسسة المسجلة
بأحكام هذا الفصل والأنظمة الصادرة لتنفيذه والاتفاقيات ذات العلاقة:-
1 - للوزارة بموافقة مجلس الوزراء استرداد أراضيها التي انتقلت ملكيتها الى المطور الرئيسي
. كليا او جزئيا
2 - للمطور الرئيسي بموافقة مجلس الوزراء استرداد أراضيه التي انتقلت ملكيتها الى
. المؤسسة المسجلة كليا او جزئيا
ب- تنظم أحكام وإجراءات وحالات استرداد الأراضي المشار إليها في الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة
بمقتضى نظام .
