أ- تطبق في إقليم البترا التنموي السياحي احكام المواد المتعلقة بالمزايا والحوافز داخل
المناطق التنموية الواردة في هذا القانون.
( ب- تخصص لسلطة إقليم البترا التنموي السياحي ما نسبته 50 % ) من الإيرادات المتأتية
للسلطة وفقاً لأحكام هذا القانون.
