Article text
أ- يجوز إنشاء صناديق استثمار لرصد الأموال لغايات استثمارها في الأنشطة الاقتصادية ويكتسب
صندوق الاستثمار بعد إنشائه وتسجيله الشخصية الاعتبارية.
ب- تحدد شروط انشاء صناديق الاستثمار وتسجيلها والجهات التي يجوز لها انشاؤها وسائر
الأحكام المتعلقة بها بمقتضى نظام.
