Article text
على الجهة الرسمية قبل إلغاء أي رخصة أو سحبها أو تعليقها مراعاة ما يلي:-
أ - إخطار صاحب الرخصة خطيا بمخالفة أحكام الرخصة.
ب - منح صاحب الرخصة مهلة لتصويب المخالفة أو تقديم ما يثبت عدم ارتكابه لها.
ج- إخطار الوزارة في حال كانت الرخصة تتعلق بالأنشطة الاقتصادية المشمولة بالخدمة
الاستثمارية الشاملة.
