( أ-عند نفاذ أحكام هذا القانون يلغى قانون الاستثمار رقم 30 ) لسنة ٤١٠٢ .
ب-على الرغم مما ورد في الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة، يستمر العمل بالأنظمة والتعليمات
والقرارات الصادرة بمقتضى قانون الاستثمار إلى ان تلغى او تعدل او يستبدل غيرها بها وفقا
لأحكام هذا القانون.
