تحسب الحمولة لغايات تطبيق هذا الباب كما يلي:-
- للسفن البخارية واي سفن اخرى تبحر آلياً تؤخذ الحمولة الصافية ويضاف اليها ما جرى تنزيله من
الحمولة القائمة لقاء
الاماكن التي تشغلها الآلات بغية حساب الحمولة الصافية.
- للسفن الاخرى تؤخذ الحمولة الصافية.
