الفصل الخامس
في حماية صحة الملاح
( المادة 147 )
لا يمكن استخدام اي ملاح الا بعد اخضاعه لمعاينة طبية يقوم بها طبيب تنتدبه دائرة الميناء.
وان استخدام الملاحين المصابين
بامراض سارية ممنوع ولا مفعول له. ويذكر في دفتر البحارة اتمام هذه المعاملة مع الاجازة
الطبية للنزول في السفينة
تحت طائلة غرامة تتراوح بين ثلاثة وعشرة دنانير ويمكن مضاعفتها في حالة التكرار.
