الملاح الذي يجرح او يمرض في خدمة السفينة تحق له اجرته مادام على متنها.
وبعد انزاله الى اليابسة له الحق بعطاء يوازي قدره اجرة الملاح لمدة اربعة اشهر على الاكثر. واذا
حصل انزاله الى اليابسة
في بلاد اجنبية فيجب ان يودع لدى القنصل الاردني او من يمثله مبلغ يوازي اجرة الاشهر الاربعة.
