( لا يمكن الطعن في التسجيل اذا انقضت مدة 3 ) اشهر على تاريخ التعليق ولم يحصل اثناء هذه
المدة اي ادعاء او اعتراض.
وبعد ذلك التاريخ لا يبقى للمتضرر الا حق اقامة دعوى تعويض على صاحب التصريح.
