اذا طرد ملاح بدون ذنب خطير فله الحق بالتعويض لقاء هذا الطرد ويحدد هذا التعويض بالنظر
لنوع الخدمة ولمدة العقد ولمدى
الضرر الحاصل وتراعى في ذلك احكام قانون العمل الاردني.
