اذا كانت السفينة المستأجرة معينة باسمها في الاتفاق فليس لمؤجرها ان يستبدلها بسفينة
اخرى ما لم تهلك او تصبح غير
صالحة للملاحة بسبب قوة قاهرة طرأت بعد بدء السفر.
