الفصل الثالث
في ايجار السفينة بالسفرة في عقد النقل البحري
الجزء الاول
احكام عامة
( المادة 177 )
ان عقد ايجار السفينة بالسفرة هو عقد يكون فيه كامل السفينة او بعضها مؤجرا لسفرة او لعدة
سفرات معينة.
وان عقد النقل البحري هو عقد يتعهد فيه الناقل لقاء اجرة ان يوصل الى مكان معين امتعة او
بضائع على ان ينقلها بطريق
البحر في كل مدة السفر او في بعضها.
