على الربان في كل الحالات التي لا تلزم فيها اجرة السفينة ان يعيد السلفات المعجلة له قبل
السفر من اصل هذه الاجرة.
ولكن له ان يحتفظ بها بتمامها اذا دفع عنها قسط التأمين لصالح مستأجر السفينة او الواسق.
