الجزء الخامس
في امتياز مؤجر السفينة والناقل
( المادة 196 )
لمؤجر السفينة على البضائع التي تؤلف الوسق امتياز يضمن له دفع اجرة سفينته ولواحقها
لمدة خمسة عشر يوما بعد تسليم
البضائع اذا لم تكن قد انتقلت ليد شخص ثالث.
