اذا كانت افادة الشاحن عن علامات البضائع او عددها او كميتها او نوعها او زنتها مخالفة
للحقيقة فيعد مسئولا تجاه الناقل
عن كل الاضرار الناتجة عن افادته ولكن ليس للناقل ان يتذرع بهذه الافادة المغايرة للحقيقة تجاه
اي شخص كان غير الشاحن.
