اذا حالت قوة قاهرة دون وصول السفينةالى الميناء المقصود فلا يحق للربان الا استرجاع نفقات
الغذاء ولا تحق له اجرة
السفرة ما لم يؤمن ايصال الراكب الى المكان المقصود.
