اذا اكره الربان على تأمين اصلاح السفينة اثناء المسير فيلزم الراكب بانتظار نهاية الاصلاح وبدفع
اجرة السفر بكاملها
وله الحق طول مدة الاصلاح بالمسكن المجاني والغذاء ما لم يعرض عليه الربان اتمام سفره
على متن سفينة ثانية من الطراز
نفسه.
