ان المبلغ المعد من الخسائر البحرية المشتركة بسبب هلاك او ضرر لحقا بالسفينة يتكون من
بدل الترميم او الاستبدال على
ان يحسم منه فرق التجديد كما هي العادة.
لكن الترميمات المؤقتة لا تقبل الحسم.
اذا لم يكن في الامر ترميم او استبدال فيحدد المبلغ المعد من الخسائر بواسطة التخمين.
