يحسب في عداد المجموعة المدينة:-
1 - البضائع بكامل قيمتها اذا هي انقذت او بكامل القيمة المقدرة لها في الميناء المقصود اذا
هي اهلكت بعد حسم النفقات
مع الرسوم الجمركية واجرة السفينة ما لم يشترط ان الاجرة مكتسبة مهما طرأ من الحوادث.
2 - السفينة بقيمتها الحقيقية الصافية في ميناء استقرارها بعد حسم النفقات.
3 - اجرة السفينة واجرة نقل الركاب المتعرضين للخطر بثلثي مبلغهما القائم ما عدا اجرة
السفينة اذا اشترط اكتسابها مهما
طرأ من الحوادث.
