للغرامات المتوجبة لمجهز السفينة امتياز على البضائع او الثمن الحاصل منها لمدة خمسة عشر
يوما بعد تسليمها اذا لم
تنتقل الى يد شخص ثالث. لاصحاب البضائع المهلكة امتياز على السفينة عن مبلغ الغرامات
المترتبة عليها لمجهزها وعلى
اجرتها المعرضة للخطر.
