الباب الثامن
في عقود الاستقراض الجزافي
( المادة 285 )
عقد الاستقراض الجزافي هو عقد يقرض به مبلغ بضمانة السفينة او الحمولة على ان يضيع
القرض على المقرض اذا هلكت الاشياء
المخصصة بالدين بحادثة بحرية قاهرة وان يرد له القرض مع الفائدة البحرية اي الفائدة المتفق
عليها و لو تخطى مقدارها
الحد القانوني اذا وصلت هذه الاشياء سالمة.
