يشترط في الصك المثبت للقرض ان يبين التاريخ والمبلغ المستقرض والفائدة المشترطة
والاشياء المستقرض عليها واسماء كل
من المتعاقدين والسفينة والربان ومدة القرض.
وينظم العقد لشخص معين او لامر او لحامله. واذا ادرج في العقد كلمة لامر فان ضمانة
المظهرين لا تشمل الفائدة ما لم
يقع اتفاق مخالف.
