اذا حصلت خسائر بحرية مشتركة فان المبلغ المقرض لا يضاف الى القيم الداخلة في الغرامة
وتجري تسوية التوزيع فيما بين
السفينة واجرتها والحمولة كأن ليس في الامر عقد استقراض جزافي غير ان المقرض يساهم
في التخفيف عن اصحاب الاشياء المستقرض
عليها بنسبة مبلغ الدين.
