ان بيع السفينة العلني يوقف التأمين حكما في يوم البيع.
ويستمر التأمين حكما في حالة اجراء بيع خاص يتناول اقل من نصف القيمة المؤمنة.
اذا تناول بيع خاص نصف القيمة المؤمنة على الاقل فلا يستمر الضمان الا برضى المؤمنين.
