تطبق على الشطب احكام المواد 23 الى 29 المتعلقة بالتسجيل الا ان محضر الضبط او سند
الشطب يجب ان يذكر فيه:-
1 - تعيين صحيفة السفينة العينية التي يجب ان يتناولها الشطب.
2 . - بيان التسجيل او القيد الاحتياطي
3 . - بيان سبب الشطب او الاداة المثبتة له
