الفصل الثاني
موضوع التأمين
( المادة 313 )
كل شخص صاحب علاقة يمكنه ان يعقد تأمينا للسفينة ولواحقها والسفينة التي تكون قيد
الانشاء والقطع المعدة لهذه السفينة
والموجودة في المصنع ونفقات التجهيز والاغذية واجور البحارة واجرة السفينة والمبالغ المعقود
عليها قرض بحري والبضائع
والنقود والسندات المالية الموسوقة في السفينة والربح المأمول وبالاجمال كل الاشياء القابلة
لثمن مالي والمعرضة لاخطار
الملاحة.
