اذا كان هلاك السفينة كليا فيما يختص بخسائر السفينة الخاصة فيحدد الضرر بالنظر الى قيمة
السفينة.
وفي حالة خسارة النفقات يحدد مبلغ الضرر بالنظر الى المبلغ الذي ينفقه للمؤمن له بعد حسم
الحصة التي قد تتوجب له عن
الحادث المسبب للنفقات عند الاقتضاء.
