لا يمكن ترك السفينة المؤمنة الا في الحالات التالية: انقطاع الاخبار اختفاء ، اتلاف كلي ، عدم
صلاح للملاحة بسبب
حادث بحري قاهر شرط ان يكون في الامر خطر يشمله التأمين.
وفي حال شمول التأمين لمخاطر الحرب: ضبط السفينة او توقيفها بامر من السلطة.
