يسقط بحكم مرور الزمن بعد سنتين من تاريخ استحقاق الدين كل الدعاوى المتفرعة عن عقد
التأمين خلال الدعاوى التي يقرر
لها القانون مهلة أقصر ما لم يثبت المدعي انه كان يستحيل عليه رفع الدعوى.
