كل ربان او رئيس سفينة معدة للملاحة في عرض البحر او للملاحة الساحلية مسجلة في الميناء
مجبر على تقديم اوراقه لدائرة
الميناء بمهلة 24 ساعة تبتدئ من ساعة وصوله الى الميناء تحت طائلة غرامة من ثلاثة دنانير
الى ستين ديناراً عن كل مدة
تأخير قدرها اربع وعشرون ساعة.
ان احكام هذه المادة تطبق على سفن النزهة وسفن الصيد اذا كان محمولها الصافي خمسة
وعشرين برميلا فما فوق.
