اذا ثبت على الربان او رئيس السفينة نية التهرب من احكام هذا القانون لغاية جرمية فيحكم
على الربان او رئيس السفينة
بالحبس من ثلاثة اشهر الى سنتين وبالغرامة من دينارين الى عشرين ديناراً وتقرر المحكمة
مصادرة السفينة المحجوزة وبيعها
وثمن البيع يضاف الى واردات دائرة الميناء.
