للدائنين الممتازين ان يسجلوا امتيازهم لكي يبلغوا عرض السفينة للبيع وفقا للشروط
المنصوص عليها في المادة 50 من هذا
القانون. و لا يؤثر هذا التسجيل في درجة الامتياز.
ويدرج التسجيل على صحيفة السفينة في السجل.
