يمتنع بيع السفينة في الخارج اذا كانت مرهونة في الاردن وكل بيع مخالف لا يمكن تدوينه في
دفتر التسجيل لكونه باطلا
ولا مفعول له وان المالك الذي يبيع برضاه في الخارج سفينة مرهونة يعد مرتكبا لجريمة اساءة
الائتمان.
