ان حكم الاحالة لا يقبل الاعتراض. على انه يجوز خلال خمسة ايام من تاريخ صدوره ومن أجل عيب
في صيغته فقط ان يرفع الى
محكمة الاستئناف المختصة بمقتضى استدعاء ، فتبت فيه بقرار لا يقبل الاعتراض ، خلال ثلاثة
أيام من تاريخ وروده الى
ديوانها.
