الباب الثالث
فيما يختص بأصحاب السفينة ومجهزيها
( المادة 95 )
كل مالك سفينة مسؤول شخصياً عن الالتزامات الناجمة عن الاعمال التي يقوم بها الربان
والعقود التي ينشئها اثناء ممارسته
صلاحياته القانونية.
وهو مسؤول ايضاً عن فعل الربان والبحارة والسائق ، وسائر خدام السفينة وعن اخطائهم.
