يتمتع مالكو الاسهم العينية في الشركة المساهمة العامة بالحقوق التي يتمتع بها اصحاب
الاسهم النقدية واذا كانت الاسهم
العينية تأسيسية فتطبق عليها القيود المطبقة على الاسهم النقدية التأسيسية.
