الفصل السابع
اسناد القرض
اسناد القرض اوراق مالية قابلة للتداول يحق اصدارها للشركة المساهمة العامة او الشركة
المساهمة الخاصة او لاي من الشركات
التي يجيز لها قانون الاوراق المالية اصدار هذه الاسناد ويتم طرحها وفقـا لاحكام هذا القانون
وقانون الاوراق المالية
للحصول على قرض تتعهد الشركة بموجب هذه الاسناد بسداد القرض وفوائدة وفقا لشروط
الاصدار.
