أ- تكون مهمة هيئة مالكي اسناد القرض حماية حقوق مالكيها واتخاذ التدابير اللازمة لصيانة
هذه الحقوق بالتعاون مع امين
الاصدار.
ب- تجتمع هيئة مالكي اسناد القرض لاول مرة بناء على دعوة من مجلس ادارة الشركة المصدرة
للاسناد ويتولى امين الاصدار
المعين دعوة الهيئة بعد ذلك.
