يعين مجلس الادارة من بين موظفي الشركة امين سر للمجلس ويحدد مكافآته ، يتولى تنظيم
اجتماعاته واعداد جداول اعماله
وتدوين محاضر اجتماعاته وقراراته في سجل خاص وفي صفحات متتالية مرقمة بالتسلسل
وتوقع من رئيس واعضاء المجلس الذين
حضروا الاجتماع وتختم كل صفحة بخاتم الشركة.
