أ- يحق للمراقب وللشركة ولاي مساهم فيها اقامة الدعوى بمقتضى احكام المواد
( 157 و 158 و 159 ) من هذا القانون .
ب- تتمتع أقلية المساهمين بحقوق وضمانات في الشركة على أن تحدد نسبتهم وحقوقهم
بموجب تعليمات تصدرها الهيئة لهذه الغاية.
