لكل مساهم في الشركة المساهمة العامة كان مسجلاً في سجلات الشركة قبل يوم من
الموعد المحدد لاي اجتماع ستعقده الهيئة العامة الاشتراك في مناقشة الامور المعروضة عليها
والتصويت على قراراتها بشأنها بعدد الاصوات يساوي عدد الاسهم التي يملكها اصالة ووكالة
في الاجتماع.
