للشركة ان تنشىء صندوق ادخار لمستخدميها يتمتع بالشخصية الاعتبارية المستقلة، وذلك
بموجب نظام خاص يصدره مجلس ادارة
الشركة، ويتم اعتماده من الجهات الرسمية المختصة بموجب احكام التشريعات السارية
المفعول، وعلـى ان يتضمن هذا النظام
ما يكفل استقلال هذا الصندوق من الناحية الادارية والمالية عن ادارة الشركة.
