الباب الحادي عشر
تحول الشركات واندماجها وتملكها
يجوز لشركة التضامن أن تتحول الى شركة توصية بسيطة كما يجوز لشركة التوصية البسيطة
أن تتحول إلى شركة تضامن وذلك بموافقة
جميع الشركاء وباتباع الاجراءات القانونية في تسجيل الشركة وتسجيل التغيرات الطارئة عليها.
